Kindermusik

This summer we have been going to a Kindermusik class on Wednesday's with Ms Terri. We have really enjoyed going because it gives Brentley Rae and I some mommy/daughter bonding time so we can play without distractions and we are learning too. For those of you that aren't familiar with Kindermusik, it is a class (we are in the youngest age group) that teaches children developmental things to stimulate the brain, patterns, smooth/rough, high/low, gliding, bouncing, some sign language and you get the point. Our cousin Nora has also been taking the class with us and that has also been a good bonding time for them. Nora will be moving up to the next age group for the fall. Next week is our last summer session and we are a little sad because our fall schedule is not going to allow us to be able to participate. But hopefully we can start back at the first of next year.

Shake, Shake, Shake

Brentley Rae showing Robyn and Nora she can shake her egg. (It was like a rattle)

It also teaches the kids to get the object out of the tupperware or shake it inside.

(I guess I busted the couple in the back having a mommy-daddy moment.)

Playing the cymbal

Nora playing the cymbal

I highly recommend if you have time to look into Kindermusik.
