Failed!

Well Brentley Rae failed her first test on Friday! Well, she didn't but I did, but I'm still blaming her. :) I had to go early this morning for the 3 hour gestational diabetes test! Let's just say, I'm glad it's over and if they put me on a diet I'm going to be ticked! Pregnant girls are not supposed to be on a diet! Ha! My friend, Michelle, had to go through this process too but hers was alot easier. I got there this morning bright and early and about to kill someone for a Diet Coke! (I had to fast, which most of you know I don't like to go without! Maybe that is why I'm in this situation in the first place) They draw a tube of blood (Michelle told me hers was only a prick of the finger each time) and mine is "good enough to go ahead with the test", I was thinking "well I'm glad after waking up super early, fasting and driving an hour fighting Germantown Rd traffic". So I drink this orange drink (taste like a super sweet Sunkist) then wait an hour, then draw another tube then repeat for four times. Needless to say, when I finally got out of there I went straight to get lunch and I'm still drinking Diet Coke (usually I limit myself to 1 a day). I'll let you know what the results are soon.
