15 Month Milestones

15 months and growing strong! I can't tell you how much I love this sweet girl! We love, LOVE her gentle kisses each morning.
If you know me, I am HIGHLY allergic to cats (and not a fan of them either) but this is Foxey our OUTSIDE cat. It has been so cold and snowy here lately I just felt really sorry for her so she came in and played with Brentley one day while we were snowed in.
(Hey, it gave me a break from chasing her (Brentley) around the house because she and Foxey chased each other for at least an hour!)

One of Brentley's "boyfriend's" came over to play while his Mimi and Papa were baby sitting.
They were so cute together, Pax is so funny (and cute too!).

Brentley has become quite the talker here lately. She amazes me everyday with all of the new things she is doing. Yesterday, she started with a new sitter, Amanda at http://thebaskins.blogspot.com/, she will be keeping her on Mondays until Brentley's MDO gets out for the summer and then she will begin 3 days a week. We got together for a playdate on Friday and Brentley did really well. Yesterday when I dropped her off, she was a little sad at first but then had a great day (she even cried when we had to leave)!

My girl is getting so big, sniff sniff! Here is what she is up too lately.

Weight - 26 lbs

Height- 32 1/2

Size 4 diapers

12 to 18 mth clothes

Size 5 or 6 shoes

Sleeping GREAT! We are in the transition of going from 2 naps to 1, most days taking a 2 hour nap then going to bed at 7:30 sleeping 11 to 12 hrs. (I'm loving this 7:30 bedtime, it makes all the difference in MY attitude cause I can finally get some other things done!)

She is a meat and potatoes kind of girl! Also a carb lover!

I'm still working on the veggies, so far she will only eat broccoli ,carrots and green beans.

She will only eat something if it is warmed (I know, high maintenance!)

Drinking 1 1/2 sippie cups of milk. (mornings 1 full and after dinner 1/2 cup and there again she will only drink it if it's warmed.)

She is getting so smart with her vocabulary- Oog(dog)-uice (juice)-ilk (milk)-oof (woof like a dog)-anx u (thank you)- book- ot (hot), no, nooo (snow), yes

She goes to her high chair and stands when she is hungry and gets her lovie and paci and stands by her bed when she is sleepy.

Today I asked her if her diaper was dirty and needed changed and she actually went and got a diaper out of the cabinet. (Ok, well I was impressed)
She still won't let me put anything in her hair or touching her head for that matter.

She runs to the door if you say it's time to go

I walked in and said "Hello" and she went straight to the phone (Does that mean I talk on the phone alot?)

She looks for the phone when it rings and goes to the door if she hears a door bell on tv (which surprises me because no one ever rings our door bell)

I know I say it monthly but she is getting too big, TOO QUICK!!!!
