First Day Back to Work

Today was our first day back to work. I'm very fortunate because I can bring Brentley Rae to work with me. If I had to make a decision to leave her at a daycare at only 7 weeks we would have major issues around our house. I simply couldn't do it. So we transformed a room at my office into her nursery. (except no cutesy decor)


Diaper changing station (bassinets can be used for longer than the average 3 wks)

Believe it or not (and I'm sure most of you don't) but we actually left the house at 9:01. Which puts me at the office about 9:05. Record time! And I even remembered all of the necessities (not like the other night when I forgot to pack the nipples for her bottles, oops).

She was so good today! She stayed asleep until 11:15 then was awake (but happy) until 2:45 and she is back asleep snoring away as I type. Let's just pray we have many more days like today.
