Prayer Request

*UPDATE 6/13/08

Mom has gone through two test this week that look good thus far. She had a CAT scan on Tuesday that showed no additional tumors. Yeah!!! Also she had a upper and lower colonoscopy done this morning and the dr found no abnormalities inside her colon. The surgery to remove her tumor is still scheduled for 6/24/08. The tumor is in a odd spot so two different doctors will be doing her surgery. They are not sure if the tumor is connected to the outside of her colon or connected to a female part. Please be in prayer that the mass is not malignant, also say a prayer of thanksgiving no other complications have been found from these two test. Thanks, Courtney

I have a special prayer request. My mom has a mass in her abdomen that will be taken out on 6/24. At this point the doctors, are very positive about the situation. Mom will go through more test this week to check to make sure there are no additional issues that may arise before the surgery. Please pray that the mass is not malignant and that the dr's are able to successfully remove the mass with no complications. Also please pray for a speedy recovery because mom has two (yes two~!) grandbabies on the way!!! Congrats to Steve, Leslie and Big Sister Darby for our newest edition to our family!
