Food for Thought!
I don't believe in things like this but I thought I would share. My weekly pregnancy update asked me to chart some information to see what the Chinese Lunar Calendar predicted the sex of the baby to be. According to the chart, it says it will be a BOY. I've never heard of this until we got pregnant so if anyone has had any experiences with what their prediction has said, please leave a comment. Well one thing for sure, we will find out the sex (if all cooperates) in the middle of July. I go to the Dr tomorrow, then headed out of town with my mom for a couple of days. Fun, Fun visiting Brooke and Justin's new baby (Chandler Reese), then shopping shopping shopping! Who better to join me than a really excited grandma with her pocket book!! :) (just kidding mom).

haha! okay I did the calendar as well and it said boy-and well I have Elem! And then I also did the drano crystal test, and I have told all my friends to do it and it has ALWAYS been right. All you have to do is buy the drano crystals, put them in a mason jar, take the jar OUTSIDE and then pee in another cup. And take that pee outside and poor it in the jar of drano crystals. Then run like hell and dont stand anywhere near it! It will fume like crazy! If it turns brownish coffee like it is a girl, and if it turns bluish green it is a boy! Seriously, it works!
How far along do you have to be?
I don't know. Go ahead and try. I think I did it early! ha! I couldn't wait till 5 months to find out the sex. :)
Hey Courtney...the Chinese Gender chart said my first would be a boy...and she was a girl. It said my second would be a girl...and well, she was a girl. So, I don't know how accurate it is. DON'T buy the intellegender online...it said it was 90% accurate, but told me boy too! You may just have to wait...and that sucks!!! Maybe if it is a boy, they can tell earlier! I never did the drano test, but Mindy sure makes it sound fun! Good luck!
Hey Courtney! First of all - congratulations on your pregnancy! There's absolutely nothing on earth to describe how amazing, awesome, & miraculous the whole process is...then, when that precious child is here - just watch out because your world will be turned upside down (for the best, of course).
Ok, on to the Chinese calendar...Both of mine said they were boys - my first was a boy, but my second is SUPPOSED to be a girl - we'll find out for sure when she's here in a week =) I wouldn't count on the accuracy, but it sure is fun to look!
I have never heard of the Drano thing, but I think you should definitely try it and let everyone know how it goes =)
